Trainers

All In House Training Solutions trainers and assessors are seasoned professionals who are selected for their hands-on experiences and their dynamic, professional teaching/assessing ability, this enables the trainers to bring to their courses the depth and breadth of their own experience, enhancing the theory and bringing it into the workplace.

Our trainer/assessors come from various backgrounds including the Health Service, Military and UK Emergency Services. The experience and understanding of our multidisciplinary training team allows us to engage more effectively with the philosophy of Lifelong Learning "It's never too soon or too late for learning", this allows us to deliver highly focused, cost effective and efficient training programmes that develop functional skills which encourage individuals to work confidently, effectively and independently in life.

All our trainer/assessors have training/teaching qualifications and skills e.g. PGCE, Cert Ed, NVQ, etc.. Our Training team are supported by a dedicated training administration/ development team that manage our quality assurance systems and maintain our trainer /assessor professional development programmes in order to ensure the high quality and standards that is expected by our customers.

In House Training Solutions aims to provide high-quality training which take in to account the current legislative requirements. This helps our customers to access a range of good quality training programmes that are provided in a flexible and supportive manner, these are designed to meet the training needs of our customers, which in turn supports lifelong learning and encourages the development of functional skills this in turn provides help and support for individuals in realising their own potential.
